5. AI Data Sharing and Consent
ActionAlly uses OpenAI to power AI features such as assistant replies, planning help, summaries, and optional nudges. Before we send personal data to OpenAI for those features, we ask for your explicit permission in the app.
- Third-party AI provider: OpenAI
- Data that may be shared: the content you choose to use with AI features, including chat messages, goal and task details, planning preferences, and relevant linked calendar context needed to answer your request or generate an optional AI nudge
- Purpose: generate assistant responses, planning suggestions, summaries, and optional proactive messages
- Control: you can withdraw consent at any time in the app Settings screen; turning consent off stops AI-powered sharing until you turn it back on
We require our third-party processors to provide the same or equal protection of personal data described in this policy.
6. Data Security
We use encryption (TLS and AES-256) and secure servers to protect your data.
Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
While we work hard to protect your information, no system is 100 percent secure — please use a strong password and keep it private.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- View, edit, or delete your profile in the app
- Delete your account and personal data
- Withdraw access to linked accounts or integrations
- Withdraw AI data-sharing consent in the app Settings screen
